The furniture is made of high quality gold filled material. With gold filled, the gilding is applied 100 times thicker than with normal gilding. Gold filled material comes from America, for larger pieces such as fasteners the furniture is provided with its own quality stamp.

Faithful reproduction of pre-Columbian goldsmith's work.
The intermediate parts and the clasp were applied using a specially developed technique with 24 carat gold (galvanic/electrolytic) and therefore have a significantly longer shelf life compared to normal gold plating because the base is a specially developed silver alloy.

The originals of these replicas are up to 3,000 years old. Using wax impressions from the originals, the Gold Museum's authorized workshop in Colombia handcrafts these replicas in 100% agreement with the originals in the original matt shine. Gold was a symbol of eternity and light from the sun. Due to the matt shimmer of the gold, the solar energy should be retained in the piece of jewelry and not radiated away by a high gloss.

Due to the high gold plating and the specially developed base alloy, there is no allergic reaction when worn, as any metal that could cause an allergy is omitted.

The jewelry is made in the workshop of the Gold Museum in Bogota by single mothers. These women are trained or trained in the company. This way they can earn a regular and adequate income.
