An exceptionally beautiful sugilite bracelet in an intense, natural purple color - handmade from genuine, untreated sugilite beads of exquisite quality. This elegant bracelet impresses with its smooth, polished surface and fascinating shine.
The stones have a diameter of approx. 5.5 mm and are threaded onto a 49-strand stainless steel jewelry wire, which guarantees maximum flexibility and stability. Thanks to this high-quality workmanship, the bracelet nestles softly against the wrist and yet remains durable and retains its shape.
The length of the bracelet is 19-22.5 cm and can be individually adjusted using a sterling silver extension chain (rhodium-plated). The lobster clasp and all silver parts are made of 925 Sterling silver, rhodium-plated, which means that the metal does not tarnish and retains its elegant shine for a long time.

Sugilite is one of the rarest gemstones in the world and was only discovered in the middle of the 20th century. It owes its name to its Japanese discoverer, Professor Ken-ichi Sugi. The main place where it was found is in the Kalahari Desert in South Africa, in Hotazel to be precise. This mine is now almost exhausted, making sugilite an increasingly valuable and sought-after collector's item.
Other locations such as Japan, Namibia and India supply smaller quantities, but usually without the intense color quality of the African specimens. This is why the sugilite from the Kalahari Desert is considered to be the most beautiful and highest quality in the world - ideal for unusual jewelry such as this bracelet.
Sugilite is also considered a protective and healing stone that is said to promote inner peace, clarity and spiritual balance.
